the workout: 60 minutes of functional strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on proper technique.  The workouts progress over the course of the season once more basic concepts and techniques have been mastered.  All groups are led by qualified coaches in a 5:1 ratio to allow for maximum attention and observation and maintain social distancing.  They will have a personalized program. 

open to: all 6th - 12th grade athletes who want to excel and prepare for the next season

cost: 
Option 1: $460 for paying in full 
Option 2:  Three scheduled payments of $155 


Spots are very limited. Due to Covid-19, group sizes have been reduced to 4-6 per group and our number of available sessions have been reduced for safety.
